Job summary

Right at Home Orange Park is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our caring team. The role includes personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation support for clients in Orange Park and nearby areas.

Applicants must hold a valid CNA license, have a Level 2 background screen, CPR card, TB or chest X-ray, and a valid driver’s license or state ID. We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, and benefits.

Qualifications

• CNA license required.
• Valid Driver License or State Photo ID.
• Second form of ID (SSN, Passport, etc.).
• CPR certification (not online).
• TB or Chest X-ray.
• Level 2 Fingerprint Background check.
• Alzheimer's and HIV awareness; medication assistance CEU.
• 1 letter of recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Performs personal care activities to assist with activities of daily living.
• Assists with ambulation/transfers, dressing, and hygiene.
• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompanies patients to appointments and errands.
• Performs light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Provides hospice support, reminders for medications, and exercises.
• Uses gait belts and lifting devices as needed.
