Job summary

Duet is a community-based service provider in Nebraska seeking a CNA to provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living. The role supports individuals and promotes growth through habilitative programs and may function as part of the IPP Team.

The CNA must be able to perform routine procedures, maintain confidentiality, and work flexible hours including days, evenings, overnights, holidays and weekends. A Nebraska CNA certification and relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Nebraska CNA certification and 1 year hospital/nursing home experience or 2 years in human services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Support individual growth through habilitative programs.
