Qualifications

• Required: Current CNA certification.
• Required: CPR certification.
• Preferred: Minimum one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support patient assessments and monitor vital signs under a registered nurse’s supervision.
