Job summary

Right at Home Hilton Head/Savannah is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate in-home care in our community. You’ll assist clients with daily activities, meals, and mobility, while delivering personalized attention and maintaining safety and dignity.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, CNA certification, and a willingness to participate in ongoing paid training. Flexible scheduling, bi-weekly pay, and supportive leadership are highlighted in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Six months experience as a CNA in health care and completion of a State approved CNA course.
• Competency Evaluation meets state home health requirements.
• Sympathetic attitude toward caring for the sick and ability to handle job demands.
• CPR certification is recommended but not mandatory.
• English literacy required for job duties.
• Valid driver’s license and access to transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (toileting, bathing, skin care, dressing).
• Aid with meals and kitchen tasks as needed.
• Provide light housekeeping and household chores.
• Take vital signs and monitor health status.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and devices (walker, cane, wheelchair).
• Support home safety and comfort and follow care plans.
