Job summary

Aviata Health Group is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Palm Harbor, FL facility. The role focuses on delivering compassionate direct care in a supportive, family-style environment within a skilled nursing setting.

The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities, maintain dignity and independence, and participate in rounds and dining support. Newly certified CNAs are welcome to apply and grow with our team.

Qualifications

• Must have high school level reading and communication skills for essential duties.
• Completed a state-approved CNA certification program.
• Ability to interact with seniors with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct care to residents and patients per regulations and life care standards.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal assistance as needed.
• Administer medication reminders and observe residents for changes.
• Escort residents to dining rooms and participate in companionship.
• Report safety concerns and changes in condition.
