Job summary

Elara Caring is hiring Certified Nursing Aides to provide compassionate in-home care for clients in McAlester, OK. The role includes personal care, mobility assistance, meal support, and companionship. You will work 12-hour shifts with a schedule that can adapt to availability, and daily pay is available.

Compensation is $16.00 per hour ($14.50 base + $1.50 differential). Training is provided, with opportunities for career growth and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support (bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene).
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, respectful environment.
