Qualifications

• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing.
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience or clinical experience during CNA training.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and nursing care procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to provide care.
• Verify resident identity before administering care or meals.
• Report missing ID bands to admission staff immediately.
• Make beds and clean bedside/overbed tables.
• Keep water pitchers clean, filled, and accessible.
• Carry out other duties as directed by supervisors.
