Brentwood Place Four in Dallas is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time, 2PM-10PM shifts. You will provide patient-centered care, perform rounds, and assist nursing staff to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a CNA or clinical experience during certification.
• Desire to serve the ill, aged and infirm.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, visitors and staff.
• Willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
• Patience, tact and cheerful disposition with residents.
• In good general health with emotional stability.
• Able to relate to ill, disabled, elderly and sometimes hostile residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours.
• Verify resident identity before nursing care or meals.
• Keep water pitchers clean and within residents' reach.
• Assist Charge Nurse or Administrator with related duties.
