Qualifications
- Must be a currently certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with an active license.
- Demonstrates compassion, patience and strong communication with residents.
- Able to follow care plans and maintain nursing documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, hands-on care to residents to support physical, mental and emotional well-being.
- Assist with activities of daily living per care plans.
- Complete documentation of resident care and nursing notes according to policy.
- Follow infection control and safety guidelines at all times.
- Report changes in resident condition promptly to supervising staff.
- Uphold residents’ rights, privacy and dignity in all interactions.
- Participate in meetings and in-service trainings as assigned.
- Promote positive relations with residents, families and guests.
