Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, and dressing per policy
• Maintain resident environment; change linens and stock supplies
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics
• Record vitals, intake/output, and meals accurately
• Assist with positioning and ROM exercises as directed
• Encourage engagement and provide reality orientation as needed
