Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide medication reminders and monitor wellbeing with care team.
• Assist with meals, dining setup, and dietary intake documentation.
• Support mobility, transfers, positioning, and transportation.
• Document resident care accurately and timely.
• Participate in activities and life enrichment programs.
