Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification (state requirements)
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Compliance with state Health Care Worker Background Check requirements
• Proficiency in performing CNA skills
• Positive and compassionate attitude toward residents and visitors
• Energetic, professional, and reliable work ethic

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident safety by following infection control policies and procedures
• Remain calm under stress with a can-do attitude
• Provide personal care including bathing, toileting, dining, mobility, and positioning
• Support residents in looking and feeling their best while encouraging independence
• Empower residents to function at their highest possible level
