The Orchards Michigan in Three Rivers, MI is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our care team and support residents with daily activities and health monitoring.

As a CNA, you will assist with meals, hygiene, mobility, and documentation, while collaborating with nurses and staff to maintain high standards of patient care and safety. Strong interpersonal skills and CPR/First Aid certification are desired. This role requires compassion and reliability.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, including meals and mobility.
• Help Residents with personal hygiene and feeding as needed.
• Observe Residents and report health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Document Resident food and fluid intake accurately.
• Assist with feeding and serving nutritional supplements.
• Make beds and keep living areas clean and tidy.
• Transport Residents within the facility.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed while maintaining confidentiality.
• Adhere to facility policies and federal, state, local requirements.
