Job summary

Green Palms Health & Rehab of Wintersville is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, maintain a clean and safe environment, and support feeding, toileting, and transfers while encouraging independence and participation in activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under licensed nurses.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Monitor and report patient vital signs and behaviors.
• Maintain a clean, safe patient environment and assist with feeding and transfers.
• Support care plan execution and document care provided.
