Job summary

Willowbrook Manor in Michigan seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under supervision of registered nurses. You will assist residents with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment while supporting licensed staff.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Must be a CNA in good standing or graduate of state-approved CNA training program with successful competency exam within 120 days of employment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
Measure and record vital signs and intake/output.
Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
Respond to call lights and report observations to licensed nursing staff.
Maintain safety and dignity while supporting independence.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection control guidelines.
