Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join Independence Village of Zionsville West in Indiana. You will provide personalized resident care, implement care plans, and support residents with daily activities in a respectful, empathetic environment.

The role requires ensuring safety, documenting care, and collaborating with the nursing team to maintain high-quality resident wellbeing in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA in accordance with state laws.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Healthcare, geriatrics, or elder care experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a nursing aide preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide 1440 care.
• Review Resident Care Plans at start of shift.
• Assist in bathing and grooming for residents.
• Assist residents with meals, tray setup and snacks.
• Document care in CareTracker and report changes to nursing staff.
• Follow universal precautions and infection control procedures.
