Allure of Prophetstown is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team in Prophetstown, Illinois. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide dignified care, and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

The position requires a valid CNA certification, CPR certification, and the ability to communicate in English. Prior long-term care experience is preferred, and a positive, patient-centered attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification per state requirements.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, and hydration
• Provide personal hygiene care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and showers
• Assist with ambulation, turning, positioning, and transfers
• Monitor resident stability by checking vital signs and weights; record intake and output
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Document care using required forms, reports, logs, and records
• Maintain resident privacy and dignity in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
• Follow professional standards, company policies, and federal, state, and local regulations
