Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Florida seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our caregiving team. You will provide routine daily nursing care to residents, including bathing, feeding and grooming, in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, completes a state-approved CNA program, and holds or will obtain active licensure. CPR certification is required or obtained during orientation, with commitment to teamwork and quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.).
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Communicate and function on an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates and vendors.
