Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a licensed nurse, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, and other essential nursing tasks
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and medication administration
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Promote a positive and respectful environment for patients, families, and staff
• Participate in in-service training and educational programs to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and stay updated on best practices
