Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Old Hickory, Tennessee. The CNA will provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, while delivering direct care under supervision.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care and maintain professional relationships with all staff and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.).
• Deliver direct care to patients as directed.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
