Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with proper technique and safety.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as eating, drinking, and ambulating.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to licensed nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and observations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in care conferences and meetings to discuss patient progress and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by licensed nursing staff.
