Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Aide to join our Mansfield facility. You will provide compassionate direct care to residents, support daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

The role requires a Texas CNA certification, good English communication, and a commitment to resident dignity. You will work as part of a dedicated care team, following schedules and reporting needs to the charge nurse.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Nurse Aide certification in Texas in good standing.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• To assure resident safety.
• Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress appropriately, nail care of residents.
• Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse.
• Lift, move and transfer residents as required.
• Answer call lights in a timely manner.
• Assist or feed residents.
• Keep resident clean and dry, toileting or providing incontinent care.
• Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents.
• Other duties as assigned.
