Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Physically able to perform heavy lifting and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct resident care duties under supervision of nursing personnel.
• Assist residents with personal care such as grooming and bathing.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to Charge Nurse.

Skills

Effective verbal and written English communication skills

Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

Education

Current Nursing Assistant certification from state
