Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sanitize and clean patient’s room by rotating sheets, bedpans, and general room cleaning.
• Attend to basic care and daily living needs including restroom, bathing, meals, medications, and dressing.
• Relay important data or changes of patient status to charge nurse or physician and staff as needed.
• Document patient vitals and status changes in charts (temperature, BP, pulse, SpO2).
• Assist patients with regular exercise to maintain health and mobility.
