Wynfield Park Health & Rehab in Albany, GA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our caring team. You will assist residents with daily activities, provide compassionate, patient-centered care, and support mobility and safety throughout shifts.

Starting pay ranges from $17.63 to $18.68 per hour with diffentials for evenings, nights and weekends. We offer weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven, Great Place to Work certified organization.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and staff.
