Job summary

The Quarters at Des Peres is seeking compassionate and thoughtful Certified Nurse Assistants to provide high-quality care for residents in a supportive, small-team environment. Join us and contribute to daily living activities, mobility support, and comfort under the supervision of our nursing staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass a state-issued CNA exam.
• Valid Missouri CNA certification required.
• Six months long-term care experience preferred.
• Reliable contact information for employer communication.
• Ability to react quickly in emergencies.
• Clear communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Answer signals to determine resident needs.
• Assist with grooming, hygiene, bathing, and incontinence care.
• Assist with feeding and mobility activities.
• Take vitals and document care as directed.
• Provide direct and indirect resident support and communicate changes to the nursing team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
