Job summary

Harborview Health Systems is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our team. You will provide direct patient care under RN/LPN supervision and assist with daily living activities, vital signs, and safe mobility in a compassionate setting.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a state-approved CNA training program, active CNA certification, strong interpersonal skills, and the physical ability to lift and assist residents safely.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Assist with resident mobility, turning, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
• Assist in the documentation of care and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Support the care team in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
