The Sanctuary of Holy Cross, part of Trinity Health Senior Communities, seeks compassionate CNAs to join our long-term care team in South Bend, Indiana. The CNA will assist with daily living activities and support nursing staff to ensure residents receive exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Indiana CNA certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and walking.
• Monitor and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with feeding and ensuring nutrition and hydration.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities as needed.
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and health regulations.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Document care and report concerns to medical personnel.
