Qualifications

• CNA in Missouri required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross preferred.
• Less than 1 year of applicable CNA experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care under the supervision of an RN or LPN.
• Perform direct and indirect patient care tasks.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, hygiene, toileting, nutrition, feeding, hydration, ambulation and positioning.
• Proactively anticipate patient family needs and respond to concerns.
• Collaborate with health care team to improve patient care.
• Conduct regular patient rounds and communicate with team to ensure safety and satisfaction.
