Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive resident reports at start/end of shift.
• Provide personal/nursing care in accordance with resident care plan.
• Facilitate and conduct activities.
• Monitor & respond to resident requests and needs with dignity and respect.
• Maintain a clean and pleasant environment for residents.
• Assist in preparing residents for activities.
• Ensure resident care is provided with dignity and respect.
• Perform basic nursing care procedures as required.
• Create a clean, comfortable, safe environment for residents.
• Ensure food service needs are met promptly and compassionately.
• Maintain and document ADLs and restorative programs.
• Follow center policies and safety standards.
