Job summary

Arcadia Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate resident care and support in activities of daily living, ensuring health, welfare, and safety of all residents in our Illinois facility.

As a CNA you will assist with daily needs, monitor vitals, document observations, and report to the nurse and medical team, while adhering to IDPH HCWR guidelines and maintaining a respectful, safe environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification per IDPH HCWR guidelines.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily needs including eating, bathing, grooming, mobility and transfers.
• Monitor vitals and resident behavior and report them to the nurse and medical staff.
