Qualifications

• Must have current Wisconsin nursing aide certification.
• Ability to provide resident-centered daily nursing care as per care plan.

Responsibilities

• Positioning, moving, and restorative care.
• Mobility, toileting, and bathing assistance.
• Grooming: oral care, shaving, nail care.
• Dining assistance.
• Dressing and undressing.
• Infection control and prevention.
• Nutrition and elimination.
• Comfort care and end-of-life care.
• Answer call lights promptly.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to nurse.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets and charts.
• Be a team player coordinating with all disciplines in the facility.
