Logan Square Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking CNAs to join our compassionate care team in Philadelphia. We offer full-time and part-time positions with a competitive hourly rate and daily pay options.

Qualified CNAs will hold an active CNA license in PA and have BLS/CPR certification. We value compassion, teamwork, and a patient-centered approach to support residents’ daily living and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
