Job summary

Exton Post Acute is seeking CNAs to join a 120-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility in Exton, PA. Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles available with Daily Pay options.

The CNA will provide basic resident care under supervision, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment while supporting the care team. Requirements include an active CNA license in Pennsylvania and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in PA.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare setting.
• Strong communication, compassion, and commitment to quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision.
• Assist residents with ADLs including feeding, bathing, dressing.
• Support care team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Observe residents and report changes promptly to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Promote dignity and well-being of residents.
