Job summary

Alpine Valley Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. Under the supervision of licensed staff, you’ll assist residents with daily living activities and ensure a safe, dignified, and comfortable environment.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with daily pay options. A current CNA license and BLS/CPR certification are required, along with strong teamwork, communication, and a patient‑centered approach to care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced team environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision in a safe, compassionate manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment preserving dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
