Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited CNA training program.
• Valid Texas CNA certification/license.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care techniques.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings including immunizations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Support mobility needs: transferring, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide nutritional support by assisting with feeding and hydration.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment following infection control protocols.
• Communicate with nursing staff about patient status and changes in condition.
• Assist with basic medical procedures under supervision.
• Document patient care activities in compliance with healthcare regulations.
