Job summary

B’zoe Care in Bellevue, WA is hiring a Private HCA/CNA Caregiver for part-time or full-time shifts. The caregiver provides compassionate, attentive assistance to clients, ensuring safety and comfort while supporting daily activities and health monitoring.

The role includes mobility assistance, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship. A valid CNA/HCA certification, CPR/First Aid, vaccination proof, and a valid WA driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of caregiving experience.
• CNA/HCA Certification required.
• COVID-19 vaccination proof required.
• CPR and First Aid certificates.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with reliable vehicle and willingness to transport clients.
• Food Handler’s Permit required.
• TB test result required for facility work.
• HCA or CNA license or proof of completion/pending status.
• 5-Hour Safety & Orientation certificate (can be completed through B’zoe).
• Proof of car insurance if driving a client.
• Completion of HCA/CNA program if license not active.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility and transfers using mobility devices.
• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene.
• Monitor health and wellbeing; watch for fatigue or discomfort.
• Prepare nutritious meals and ensure hydration.
• Provide medication reminders and nurse delegation where required.
• Perform light housekeeping for a safe environment.
• Offer companionship and engage client in activities.
• Accompany client to medical appointments and outings.
• Maintain safety and use adaptive equipment as needed.
