Job summary

The Village of Lebanon, a warm long-term care facility in Lebanon, KY, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on resident care and support the nursing team.

In this part-time, on-site role, you will help residents with daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, document care, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• CNA certification issued in Kentucky.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Take vitals and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain clean and safe resident environments.
• Document care provided accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
