Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a CNA program or hold CNA certification.
• Commitment to resident-centered care.
• Ability to follow facility policies and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per the facility's policies and nursing care procedures.
• Make resident rounds at the beginning of each shift and every two hours.
• Verify resident identification before care or meals.
• Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator immediately.
• Make beds and clean bedside and overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned and within resident's reach.
• Other duties as assigned by Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator.
