Job summary

Willow Grove Post Acute is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a 109-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting. Start pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour and daily pay options are available, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules.

You'll work under licensed nursing staff to assist with activities of daily living, report changes promptly, and maintain a safe, dignified environment. A CNA license and BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
