Job summary

Wesley Woods Senior Living Inc is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to provide compassionate, person-centered care in a senior living community. The CMA will assist with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration under supervision, supporting residents' independence and safety.

The role requires GA CNA certification, English literacy, and current CPR/First Aid. Prior retirement community experience is preferred and willingness to work in a team-based setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• GA CNA certification required.
• Current CPR and/or First Aid required.
• Experience in a retirement community preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Support personal hygiene, grooming, and clothing selection.
• Provide medication assistance following state regulations and procedures.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, dining support, and meal delivery as needed.
• Communicate changes in residents' condition to supervisors and participate in care planning.
