Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed by the attending physician.
• Manage medication carts, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff.
• Provide basic care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes, as well as orientation to our community.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
