Job summary

Epworth Villa in Oklahoma City is hiring a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for full-time day shifts. In this role you’ll provide attentive, respectful care, administer medications, and maintain accurate documentation for residents.

You bring a high school diploma or GED, CMA certification in Oklahoma, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication and caregiving skills. Competitive pay starts at $17/hour with a weekend incentive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CMA certification must be current for Oklahoma.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for caregiving.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting 50–100 lbs

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, meals, and toileting.
• Administering medications and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Observing and reporting changes in resident conditions.
• Supporting mealtime service and maintaining a clean, inviting space.
• Responding promptly to resident needs and ensuring overall safety.
