Job summary

Behavioral Health Allies is seeking a dedicated driver to safely transport clients to appointments, outings, and community activities. You will assist passengers, including those using mobility equipment, while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and accurate trip documentation.

The role requires adherence to behavior support plans, confidentiality, and collaboration with staff on client needs, with ongoing safety-sensitive duties and drug/physical screenings as part of the pre-hire process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driving license with S endorsement (Missouri Class E or CDL) and clean driving record.
• Background checks, drug screening, physical and pre-hire evaluations.
• Two years of professional driving experience preferred in disabilities/behavioral health contexts.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients, staff, and materials.
• Assist passengers, including those using mobility equipment.
• Complete vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and document trips and incidents.
• Protect confidentiality and collaborate with staff on client needs.
• Follow ABA-based behavior support plans and administer medications as trained.
