Dharma Home Care in New Jersey seeks compassionate Certified Home Health Aides to join our growing pool of caregivers. You will deliver client-centered, hands-on care in home settings, helping with daily living activities while promoting independence and safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active New Jersey CHHA license in good standing.
• Physically able to perform caregiving duties.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
• Provide at least two verifiable professional references.
• Past 12 months of verifiable work history.
• Must pass national criminal background check per New Jersey requirements.
• Health requirements: Negative TB test or chest X-ray; Proof of MMR; Hepatitis B or declination form.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support client independence while ensuring safety and well-being.
• Follow individualized care plans and document as required.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and Dharma Home Care staff.
