We’re hiring Certified Home Health Aides for part-time shifts (7:00 am–3:00 pm or 3:00 pm–11:00 pm) with a starting rate of $19.24 per hour. Join a team dedicated to dignity, independence, and well-being.

Qualifications

• Current CHHA Certification.
• Completion of applicable required training courses.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Compassion, patience, and empathy.
• Understanding of and appreciation for the aging process.
• A dependable team player who genuinely enjoys helping others.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care and hygiene needs.
• Provide compassionate support, supervision, and companionship.
• Administer routine medications in accordance with applicable state guidelines.
• Assist with developing and updating individualized resident service plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents while promoting their dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Contribute to a positive, uplifting community where residents and staff can thrive.
