Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred.
• Well versed with documentation writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress notes for each patient.
