Job summary

AMG Specialty Hospital – Clear Lake in Clear Lake, TX is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time night shifts to support critically ill patients.

You will work closely with RNs and other staff, provide ADL assistance, monitor vitals, and help maintain a safe, patient-centered environment with shift differentials and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Certified Nursing Assistant program.
• Active Texas CNA certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Prior nursing assistant experience in hospital setting preferred.
• Engaged, self-motivated individual.
• Strong prioritizing abilities; fluent in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate patient care by assisting patients with ADLs like bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Care for critically ill patients with ventilators, tracheostomies, arterial lines, or feeding tubes.
• Measure and record blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates.
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, therapists, and staff to drive positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate patient care by assisting patientswith activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing, grooming,dressing, etc., while preserving patient dignity and self-esteem.
• Safely and patiently caring for critically illpatients with advanced medical equipment like ventilators, tracheostomies,arterial lines, and feeding tubes.
• Accurately measuring and recording blood pressure, pulse,temperature, and respiration rates supporting informed decision making bysupervising Nurse.
• Effective collaboration with RNs, LPNs, therapists, and other staff todrive positive patient outcomes.

Job Requirements
