Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient, on-schedule transportation for passengers in Agency vehicles.
• Provide courteous, respectful customer service to passengers at all times.
• Maintain passenger/client confidentiality at all times.
• Assist passengers as trained during boarding and exiting vehicles, including wheelchair lift when needed.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic vehicle upkeep to ensure readiness.
