Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is hiring in Tennessee to provide compassionate in-home care to private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES program participants. We seek experienced caregivers who are dependable and ready to join a growing team.

Compensation is $16.00–$17.50 per hour with weekly pay. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, PTO after 30 days, a 90-day performance evaluation, and benefits after 60 days. Work across Tennessee with supportive scheduling and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
